Youth Camps at the d.a.i.

Each and every one of our camps has a main focus. Next to having fun and meeting other kids, you also have the opportunity to improve your English in a playful way. Our camps are supervised by American native speakers who work as language teachers for the d.a.i. and have a ton of experience with children and teenagers. They are supported by German and American volunteers, usually college students. Through interpersonal contact and typical American camp traditions, you can experience the "American way of life" up close.

For the past couple of years, the d.a.i. has been collaborating with the city of Tübingen and another sponsor in order to be able to offer free spots for children with a KreisBonusCard Junior. You can find a report on the successful realization in 2019 here.
